Friday, August 29, 2008 28 Aug then 29 Aug ENGLISH PRELIMS! hahas it was pretty much ok. i wrote on "describe an incident that made you felt to have such a fortunate and loving family" or something like that. 1st para : i wrote something like "how i wish i could turn back time. if only there was a way to do so, i would give up everything just for that cause, even if it means to give my life away." it was longer but i cant remember the exact words. 2nd para : lived in a 3-room HDB flat.neither rich nor poor. i got a mother, father, an elder brother and a yonger sister. basically my family background. a little bit info, i was the most notorious one. 3rd para : wrote about what happened. got a call from the hospital. i thought it was a prank call. the other party was saying that my family got into an accident. 4th para : took a cab to the hospital. names wasnt found in their system. relieved. unfortunately, she found my family names and gave me the ward's number. doctor told me that they didn't have much time left. 5th para : very darmatic. "MOM NO! PROMISE ME YOU WONT LEAVE ME!" she promised. i said i was sorry but it was too late for her to hear it. last para : attend funeral. thought back of what each of them had done for me. im so fortunate to have such a loving family, yet i was blind to see that. it's not too late to cherish them. they will never be forgotten. THE END. well i kind of think it's rather common to write like that. after the papers went home to mix the brownie mixture. left my place at 3.15pm. took the bus 124 to town. i learn a new word from dawn today. busing, as in bus-ING to town. LOL! her english is very the powderful. i learn new words from her, like die-ded. haha. funny girl. small but weird, valgur, keeps complaining (which i feel guilty because it's always i who got the wrong direction and made us go back and forth), SHOPS MORE THAN ME! and not to memtion scary. haha. BUT I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE HER TO THE CORE! anw when i reached she was still bus-ing to town. walked quite a few rounds in wistma while waiting for her. (: but it's ok. headed over to far east. got mclyne a dress and a bucket bag. shuman, shirt and a bucket bag too. (: haha. shared with dawn. got myself a wallet. WAH it's so pretty la. LOL! cost me $14.80. we had a hard time finding mclyne and shuman a gift. so many things that doesnt suit them. after which dawn wanted to get a top from cotton on from suntect. so we rushed there. took an mrt. sadly they dont got her size. M was too big for her. oh yeah she wanted to get two hoodies for herself as well. SEE I TOLD YOU SHE SHOPS MORE THAN ME! LOL! took the mrt to clememti. then mclyne was like asking if we could go to vivo to get something. i said ok. dawn was like SIAN travelled from cityhall to clementi now have to go back to harbour front. lol. sorry dawn. went giant to get marshmallows, 7-up and a pack of ice. went to action city to buy a fake bread. lol. shuman brother wants it. anw. took the bus 30 to shuman's place. had BBQ to celebrate shuman and mclyne's birthday. play three rounds of taiti and had food. dawn was complaining how hungry she was throughout the whole journey. haha.! after that, played table tennis. ok i suck i know. i dont even know how to play table tennis. left at about 10 plus close to 11. waited for dawn to get a cab. took bus 143 home. STILL HAVE TO BAKE! my mummy helped me. oh yeah i broke the wooden spoon while trying to stir the harden-up-a-bit mixture. oops. my mmmy helped me baked. (: i went to sleep at 1.30am. i had to wake up super early tomorrow to bake mrs chia's cookies thanks to her i-cannot-eat-chocolate allergy. woke up 4.30 am. man 3 hours of sleep neh! so tired la! the cookie was a little bit hard and dry. failure, but i didnt have time to make new batch. so yeah. i shared my extra brownie. kim, yi wen and shihui said it was too sweet. i kind of agree, but i love sweet stuff so it's ok to me. the others was asking where i bought it cos it's nice. FYI i baked it myself! (: FROM SCRATCH NOT FROM THE PREMIX BOX KIMBERLY! HAHA! yeah. the dance performence was WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW! great performence! sadly our class video wasnt filmed. sieow ping's last min hard work was wasted. anw after school went to nydc to eat. the food wasnt that fantastic. expensive and not that great. then went to settlers. $6 per person. cheap! had a lot of fun. really really tired to the core! im forcing energy out of myself ! went home after that (: HAPPY BIRTHDAY MCLYNE!
