(: it was really QUIET! no seriously, very quiet. the whole building was black, it's quite cool, their lifts are cool too, but the fees are like expensive!. anw, the students paid so much school fees, they didnt even on the air con! SO HOT! ok maybe people comin in are new, didnt pay the school fees yet, therefore they dont want to turn the air con on. HAH! just kidding. (: went buggis, bought a red small sling pouch. FOR CNY :D how cool is that. then head down to town to check out some stuff. (: bought a black hand bag. :D went home after that, of cause i didnt go alone. my baby was with me. (: ok, im trying my best. less words. really, i wanted to type out EVERYTHING. but i think some readers might find it boring. Monday, 19 Jan. didnt work because i had to go back to school to collect my testimonial. met up with joce and dawn at holland. got myself a wooden bangle. :D double coolness. took a bus to school. in the end we had to come down on another day to collect our testimonial because they had to edit it. sian. asked joce to help me collect as im not free. went over to lasalle because joce wanted to sign up. SHE HAD TO PAY $60 FOR ENTERANCE FEE! HA-HA-HA-HA! while i dont have to, because it's free when i apply at the open house.. Australia offers 'best job in world' on paradise island

Wednesday, January 14, 2009 SYDNEY (AFP) - - An Australian state is offering internationally what it calls "the best job in the world" -- earning a top salary for lazing around a beautiful tropical island for six months. The job pays 150,000 Australian dollars (105,000 US dollars) and includes free airfares from the winner's home country to Hamilton Island on the Great Barrier Reef, Queensland's state government announced on Tuesday. In return, the "island caretaker" will be expected to stroll the white sands, snorkel the reef, take care of "a few minor tasks" -- and report to a global audience via weekly blogs, photo diaries and video updates. The successful applicant, who will stay rent-free in a three-bedroom beach home complete with plunge pool and golf buggy, must be a good swimmer (damnit), excellent communicator and be able to speak and write English. "They'll also have to talk to media from time to time about what they're doing so they can't be too shy and they'll have to love the sea, the sun, the outdoors," said acting state Premier Paul Lucas. "The fact that they will be paid to explore the islands of the Great Barrier Reef, swim, snorkel and generally live the Queensland lifestyle makes this undoubtedly the best job in the world." Lucas said the campaign was part of a drive to protect the state's 18 billion Australian dollar a year tourism industry during the tough economic climate caused by the global financial meltdown. "Traditional tourism advertising just doesn't cut it sometimes and we are thinking outside the box by launching this campaign." Queensland Tourism Minister Desley Boyle said some people might question whether it was risky to let an unknown person become an unofficial tourism spokesperson for the state. "I think the biggest risk will be that the successful candidate won't want to go home at the end of the six months," she said. "This is a legitimate job which is open to anyone and everyone." Applications are open until February 22. HEYO! ehs, My O level result aint that good really, 3Bs, 3Ds, 1C. Able to enter poly, but still i wanna go to NAFA! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT! I SCORED A B3 FOR RNGLISH! cannot right! neither can I! anw, i scored D7 for Humans, darn sad but was expected. I had a heavy blow on amath that i didnt really have the mood to study humans. i mean who wouldnt ? I've studied the new topics really hard but only to realise on the day itself while i fliped the paper, it was the old topics. OHMYGOSH! i almost died there, but i scored a D7, yeah quite good leh, chiong one day only. but still quite sad, and we cant do anything about it. i was hoping to pass amath, get like a B4. :/ well, it's not only me, the whole of sec 5 that was taking amath. oh well. chinese D7, expected, late for paper 1. sian. math B3 ARGH! i canot accept the fact i got a B3! DONT GIVE UP! dont moan over the fact that you didnt do so well anymore! you failed once does not mean you're a failure, you can do better! right now, yiou should think of what's best for you! i mean, dont reacklessly put in the course you have no interest in just because it's the only course you can enter. it's better to try again and get into your desire course. it's your future, choose, 30-40years of a job which you dont like because you have recklessly selected a course or 30-40years of job which you love and able to earn more because you gave it another shot. well, it's only taing up one year of your working life span. take mr colin koh's friend for example, he was from the ITE, went to poly, rght now his doing his PHD. the key is to never give up on your dream. (: as long as you work hard you will achieve. well, enrolling in a ITE is not like it's the end. ITE right noe is so much better! really, and see, do your course related to what you want in the poly, at the same time study for your Olevels. the next year not only have you achive the result you want, also you already now what's going on with your course. WHY DO I HAVE THIS KIND OF MAID. no really. she lost my leopard print shorts! when i asked her, she said she never washed it. i was like, ARGH! hello i placed it in the pile together with my two other shorts that i bought, it was 3 for $30. ARGH! damn pissed, then i thought the wind blew my shorts away, because it happened alot of times, clothes being blown away, which was kind of stupid, i mean if she had clipped it properly it wouldn't have flown away! plus nowadays the wind aint that strong. also once, a bamboo dropped with my boyfriend tee-shirt on it. I WAS LIKE , A BAMBOO? WTH DID IT DROP DOWN! if it had kena anyone, we are in trouble. she went down to look, the bamboo was not there, i think the garbage man took it and thrown it away. i was like nvm, it'ok, that shirt, my mum got it for him as a christmas gift. again, my white dress, for weeks i couldnt find it, i thought it was blown away, until i asked her about my leopard prints shorts, then i asked her where is my dress? (and that dress i wore it before, after washing she kept it) she took out my dress from the box where all my old and unused clothes are. I WAS LIKE! WTH IS IT DOING THERE! she said because it was torn. i was like, HELLO! YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME! YOU DONT EVEN BOTHER TO SEW IT! MY GOSH! of cause i didnt say that. i was too pissed talking to her. really. and my stuff, when she keeps it and dont remember, she would say she never see, neither does she even bother to find it. i had to searched my whole house for it! once i found my necklace in a small pouch, and that small pouch i dont use it at all, it was kept in a small basket, i searched for that necklace for like two days! when i asked her if she kept it there, she said no. i was like, HELLO! WHY WOULD I PUT IT IN A POUCH THAT I DONT EVEN USE! MY MUM AND DAD WONT EVEN TOUCH MY THINGS! LET ALONE MY GRANDMA! ARGH! ask her to find stuff, she'll just look in a few box, if she cant find, she'll say cannot find, and dont bother about it anymore. I HAD TO TELL HER OFF, AND TELL HER TO KEEP FINDING! YOU KEEP MY STUFF YOU SHOULD FIND IT! MY STUFF I WOULD ALWAYS PUT IT ON THE TABLE! IF IT'S NOT THERE IT IS DEFINITELY YOU WHO KEPT IT! MY FAMILY MEMBERS NEVER TOUCH MY STUFF! AGRH! THE ANGER! ALSO! she love to talk back to my grandma when she's at the wrong. my grandma would scold her, and when she talks back, my grandma gets more angry. HELLO! MY GRANDMA IS 80 plus ! WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO, MAKE HER ANGRY UNTIL SHE HAS A HEART ATTACK! WE KEPT TELLING OUR MAID NOT TO TALK BACK! then also my grandma would stop scolding her, BUT NO! SHE WONT LISTEN! at times i feel like scolding her! telling my maid to shut up! i guess she's not smart enough! then she will cry after that, i was like wth ? at times i pity her, but not now. i even thought of giving her money to send back because her husband keep asking her to send money back. but it's kind of stupid, the husband have hands and legs, GO WORK LA! my gosh! depend on the wife for money! my mummy told her something like that. but not as mean as what i said. my previous maid was also like her, except she stole from my grandma $300! we had no evidence so we just send her back, we didnt even confront her. i mean, my brothers and i are not those kind who would take, we would ask first. zzzz. really, my mummy said she'll be sending her back, for a very long time. i was like. JUST SEND HER! NO MAID! BETTER! I DO MY OWN CLEANING! except for washing of clothes, BUT I DONT MIND! NO MAID, STILL THE SAME! zzz. everyday, fried egg, fried fish, fried veggie!  that's my brother, our mum is serene btw. (: he was feeling kind of girly on that day, yeah..  as you all know, my camera is really slow in taking pictures, when my cam took his picture he started moving. therefore i have many pictures of my brother.  can you believe that he was actully really chubby! i mean REALLY CHUBBY! ehs...      ehs, i cant remember wherei took this. :/  LOOK IT HAS MY INITIAL :D  awesome service. :D   korea christmas card! it's really pretty and all the cards are different, unlike singapore companies, all the same card.  hrmms, first of all, HAN SHENG IM VERY SORRY THAT I MADE YOU WAIT FOR ME FOR LIKE AN HOUR. IM SO SORRY ): ok yesterday, i went to work at 2pm. before that i went vivo with my baby to get my compact mirror, handphone strip and lighter (no im not a smoker, i bought it just in case someone needs it in future, like a bbq event, and stuff like that) after which had my lunch at some chicken cafe. hrmms, order a quater chicken. i must say it's really small and it has alot of bone, their 1/4 chicken is the chicken's leg! zzz. $11 bucks on that, they gave alot of coleslaw (which tasted like KFC's except it was abit nicer) took a cab down to my workplace, if not baby will be late for his class. passed him my ATM card in case he did not have enough to pay for the cab fare. after work, i took a bus down to queensway shopping center. saw kelly, really i think im fated to meet kelly like everywhere. waited for 61 for like half an hour. ARGH! two buses came, but both were fully packed! ARGH so fed up. ok forget about that. met up with hansheng, walked around far east. and sorry once again han sheng, not very good at picking out necklaces. ): gwen came after. right i left at 9.30pm, baby reached far east already, which was pretty early. han sheng and gwen left. saw a shop that was still open :D went to check it out. WAH! the dress i wanted to get like a few months back was there, and it's still the last piece! im fated to buy that dress. (: and yes i got it, got another top from the same shop with a 40% discount! :D :D :D went over to cine because i was feeling hungry and wanted to eat KFC. walked around cine as most of the shops are still open. bought a stitch cup from more than words, baby paid for it cause i have to spend $20 and above in order to use nets. yeah. also we got a couple top :D ehs quite cool ok, yellow (not so bright) formal top. Thursday, January 8, 2009 ok, valerie has decided not to trade in her phone to another samsung phone. i saw this woman servicing her F480. yeah. alright, i went to do a bit of shopping yesterday. :D IM GOING SHOPPING TODAY WITH HAN SHENG AND GWEN. yeah. :D happiness. buying stuff from forever 21 online. :D ok yesterday was kind of busy, my whole desk was filled with papers and files. manage to finish up most of it. (: after work, went over to plaa sing with baby to collect my phone. the camera taking is still very slow. yeah. I SHALL GET A CAMERA SOON. IT FAIR, WHY CANT YOU BE ON JAN! sian-ded. then went to cotton on body, bought alot of girls stuff (: i think i spent $110 there. i was like WAH! ooops. ohwell. after PS went over to vivo. went to all the first level shops. well most of it. zara, topshop, forever 21, pull and bear, mango, esprit, yeah all these shop only lor. zara is like quite empty. OK WHEN I WANNA GO SHOPING, THE STORES ARE LIKE EMPTY, NO CLOTHES TO BUY. sian. i only bought a top from forever 21 that cost $33 and another top from girdano for $16 ? heh ehs, girdano now the clothings not bad ok! but i only bought a shirt.((: that's all for yesterday ((: im going to work at 2pm. Wednesday, January 7, 2009 REALLY i need YOUR help. i'm deciding whether or not to trade in my U600 (as seen below) to the F480 (as seen further down). Samsumg U600 has beem with me for 1year and 1month, so if i want to trade it, i have to add another $100 to the trade in value. i feel that it's not really worth it. BUT I SUPER LOVE THE F480. it would cost me a good $328++ if i were to trade it in. or should i wait for 11months ? then i can upgrade my line and do a trade in ? hrmms, well i love my samsung U600, i cant bear to trade it in yet, but i sent it for servicing and through my previous bad experience with a samsung D500C it gives me more reason to trade it in. my previous phone was like a MAD-PHONE. i mean once i dropped the phone the third time after i got it back from the servicing center, it would go bonkers and i have to service my phone again. well im not sure about the U600, it lasted pretty long with me. (: so i dont know if i should trade it in. another reason why i want the F480 is bacause i want to use facebook! DARN THE ITT, THEY BLOCK ME FROM PLAYING PETS SOCIETY! ALSO I CANT CLAIM THE KING'S REWARD FROM MOUSEHUNT. well i dont care much about pets society, it's more to mousehunt. SIBEI SIAN.... i thought of getting a laptop, but i aint got the cash... sian.. oh well. any suggestions ? comment or tag me please. ((:

Tuesday, January 6, 2009 i think i might want to do a sauna on my nose, you know invent a mini sauna.i think my nose is not small enough. haha. i want to make it so small that people cant tell that i have a nose on my face.. just kidding, im really bored. and i wish to make my nose smaller and do something about my eyes. BUT NO TO PLASTIC SURGERY. i mean lets say you have a nose job and you fell down the next day. "ehs, hey stranger, your nose is out of place" haha. anw, i got my pay cheque. 1.2k... HEHEHHEH! so happy la. i mean i calculated my pay to be around 1.05k, i dont know where the 350 came from.. ok my pay was initially 1.5k, but they have to take 20% to contribute to my CPF because my pay was too high. AWWW! sian-ded. but 1.2k leh.... chatted with hansheng and gwen today.. gwen... temptation... must eat... haha just kidding. and hansheng, i do not think i would want to draw on shoes and sell them off... im too lazy... (: ok maybe i might consider, do ready made ones. (: surf the net until i feel like dozing off. when i came back for lunch. had to finish up a repot. i think i finished at 2? I AM FREE UNTIL 6! bored. i get paid for surfing the net for almost half a day. and hansheng, be glad, your dino picture is gone! Monday, January 5, 2009 YOYOYO! you know what, i just realised i'm turning 18 in 3months 3days. I FEEL EXCITED. 18 is not old at all (: im still a teenager. 8-TEEN. i felt like im 16 though, with all my 16 year old friends who just turned 16 not long ago makes me feel like im part of them too, 16 years old. 17's not a cool age at all, 16 is not so bad. you get to watch NC16 stuff, but 17, it's like in between NC16 and M18. WELL! IM TURNING 18 SOON! :D AND IM ALL HYPED UP ABOUT IT! I AM GOING TO LEARN TO RIDE A MOTOBIKE! I EVEN DREAMT OF RIDING A BIKE LAST NIGHT! it's a new 2009, a new fresh start of my adventure. (: and a fresh new beginning of my life. THROW AWAY THE PAST FOR IT WAS PRETTY BAD! HELLO NEW 2009! so far it has been alright. (: BEST OF ALL! MY PAY IS COMING IN TODAY! gotta buy xmas gift. (: OH wait, i need to spend a hundred on my ic. SIAN. i lost it in july'08 and i've yet to make a new one. i'll probably just go there and say, : " my hamster ate up my card" hehe. okok i'll just tell them i flush it down the toliet by accident. that's what my baby taught me, if not i dont know what will happen to me because they state in the website if you have lost a card you have to make a new card in i dont know how many weeks. yesterday's service was ehs, hrmms, talking about the events happening in 2009. so many events lor. after service went to vivo to fellowship with my cell group members. there are awesome people. they have added colours to my life. (: i shared half the yong tau fu with serene. met up with ivan, walked around vivo then took a bus to woodlands to collect my superman tee. really blogshop owners tell people to be on time, but they themselves are late. goodness, i waited for like 20mins. if it was 5 mins, im ok with that. but 20mins is abit too much. ok they apologise, but one of the two looked as if i was the one who is late. her face was so black. i was like, hello did i pester you to get here on the double ? NO, i only smsed you once asking where are you at 5pm. and another at 5.20pm. gosh. and i even said it was ok and added a smiley face. OHWELL i've already forgotten how angry i was yesterday. (: moving on. went to the singapore zoo because i wanted to check out the stores there. i didnt know the stores were inside the zoo. sian i thought it's like free enterance for all. ohwell. took a bus down to ang moh kio and bought yong tau fu(tabao) again. (: took the mrt down to dhouby ghaut and changed train to harbour front. took a bus home from vivo. (: ate with my baby at home, he left about 15mins after eating. wacthed tv :D daddy gave me 100 to buy CNY clothes. :D happiness! hehe. ohh ming hui wants me to put more pictures and png too. but, i dont have a camera, i'll be getting one soon though, baby asked me to wait for a better model to be launched out first. siann. kimberly asked me to wait for IT fair, which is in march. sian. wait lo. and my camera phone is like, doop. it's really slow in taking pictures until i gave up, although it's a 3.2 MP. ohhwell. i forgot to bring my jacket to work today. :/ im still surviving without the air con being turned on.
