Dental Plus Clinic, it is located at Telok Blangah Shopping Mall, where the 7-11 is. THAT BITCH, PISSES MY OFF. why?

the last time i went to the dentist was in the month of February, which they claim i didn't. so fine. i remembered the month where i wanna do my braces i was sick so the i phoned for a reappointment. They said the only slot they have is next month, but since i didn't turn up i have to pay for the month i booked. FINE. but then i got so busy with my final year project i skipped 2 months. and i did call to cancel the appointment, for to months i didn't even call them. and when i did to make an appointment this month (june) they said i need to pay for all 4 months i didn't go, which means 600$ PLUS this month $150 + $55 for cleaning. i was like WHAT?! pay yah i can pay next month end when my pay comes, now i can't i can only pay for this month plus cleaning. they said okay. so okay i'm cool with it. they asked me to call my parents down to talk to them. i feel like shoving my IC to her bitch face and tell her i'm 21 bitch, and even my parents come down they can't pay, I'm paying for my own braces. and they said it's okay. so i went down at 9.45am! went in, another dentist, i really like her, she's super nice, she cleaned my teeth and after cleaning she pass me those braces color. she walked aways, i asks if she was doing my braces, she said no, the person who does my braces will always do my braces. i was ilke fuck that bitch i fucking hate her. my dentist came in, took the box away from me and told me she can't do my braces. I WAS SO SO SO SO ANGRY. i was like HELLO YOU SAID OKAY ON THE PHONE, WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU CAN'T DO MY BRACES. her reply, it's the company's policy. (i think i should rewrite it.)

Me: what do you mean you can't do?!

Bitch: It's the company's policy. That's why i need your parents to come down so that i can talk to them.

Me: you talk to them also no use, I'm the one paying, not them.

Bitch: hmm, in all cases for student package the parents will pay for them.

It is unfair that you don't pay for your braces and other people who signed up the same student package as you are paying for it.

in my head *fuck you, STUDENT package plus i pay myself, plus i didn't go you didn't do anything to my teeth*

Bitch: the only thing i can do is replace the loose metal part, which is $30. 

i was so so freaking angry.

Bitch: Or another option is you remove your braces

Me: then i have to repay the whole thing again? 900$ initial payment again?!

Bitch: Yes.

Me: no.

Bitch: that is another option lah *smiles*

this bitch piss me off. DONT EVER GO TO THAT CLINIC. i was attracted to it because it states 2,900$ student braces. plus its near. in the end i paid so much more. Xray - 60$, Cleaning once every 3 months? 55$ each time, the metal thing chip off, $30 each and ALWAYS two will chip off right after seeing the dentist. Extraction 70$ per tooth. each month $150 but EVERY MONTH i end up paying $200 over. Initial payment 900$. at the end of the day i'm like paying a tool of 3.3 - 3.4k. fuck the bitch. 

I DIDNT EVEN CALL TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT I NEED TO PAY FOR THE MONTHS I DIDNT EVEN GO. DAFUQ?! STILL CAN ASK ME TO REMOVE. HELLO BITCH, MY 4 HOLE (due to extraction) IS STILL THERE, WHY THE FUCK SHOULD I WANT TO REMOVE.  my teeth moves quite fast, i mean if it's straight, then remove remove lah, just wear retainers loh. way fucking hate her max. I'm currently looking for another dentist.
